This Pappardelle Attachment is designed specifically for the Atlas 150 Pasta Machine from Marcato (sold separately). The Pappardelle Attachment cuts pasta that has a 2mm width.

The Pappardelle Attachment is easy to use. Simply insert the crank in the accessory. Pass the pasta sheet through the rollers and collect the freshly cut Pappardelle. Lay them to dry on your pasta drying rack or Marcato's drying rack, the Tacapasta.
