FAQ's

How often will I receive a package?

Packages will be prepared in November, February, May + August

Can I have the package shipped or is it 'local pick-up' only?

We can ship directly to you or you can select 'local pick-up'! Payment for shipping will be added at the checkout.

Do I have to pay upfront or can I pay per delivery?

You can choose whether you would like to pay upfront for the year or if you'd like to pay per delivery (4 times per year). Shipping payments: If you choose to pay upfront, you will be pay for the 4 shipments at the time of ordering, if you pay per delivery you will pay for shipping at the same time you pay for the package.

Can I give this as a gift?

Absolutely, we think these make beautiful gifts that keep on giving! If you could provide the name + shipping address (if applicable), we will ensure everything gets to them. We can also provide a 'Welcome to The Libraries' digital card so that you have something to give them.

Can I cancel at anytime?

Paying per delivery - you will be billed 4 times (per package). After these 4 packages, you are able to cancel your subscription. If you do not cancel your subscription, you will continue to be billed per package until you cancel.

Yearly upfront - you can cancel at the end of the year. If you don't cancel you will be billed for another year (4 packages).

Does my subscription auto-renew?

Paying per delivery - after the 4th package, you will be given the option to cancel your subscription (in the 'Manage your Subscription' menu), if you do not cancel, you will continue to receive + be billed for packages, per delivery.

Yearly - after the year, you will be given the option to cancel your subscription (in the 'Manage your Subscription' menu), if you do not cancel you will roll into the next year and receive 4 more packages.

What if I move addresses?

For quarterly payments, please ensure your address is up to date prior to your billing date (you will be able to view this in the 'Mange your Subscription' menu), for yearly upfront payments, please reach out + will determine how we can best accommodate.

Will I know what I'm getting in my packages ahead of time?

We will be releasing the contents of the first package (November 2024), however all packages after this will be a fun surprise, only being released after they have been sent out! Think of this like getting a present for yourself, that you know you'll love.

Refunds + returns

No items in 'The Libraries' are eligible for refunds, exchanges or returns.
