The Vegetable Brush is made from birch wood and a union blend of white fibre + bassine which are both strong and water resistant. This is a superb brush for scrubbing potatoes and root vegetables.

After use : Rinse the brush with lukewarm water and let dry standing on the bristle. Natural wood will change with use, especially if used in water.
