Our design firm Farmer’s Daughter Interiors was hired to help the Raccolto team {lead by Chef Garrett 'Rusty' and Kristy Thienes of Harvest Eatery in Shaunavon, SK} execute their vision for their new venture. We attended their soft opening with our full team + wanted to share our incredible experience with you!

What we ordered….

Cicchetti & Antipasti:

  • Pane casalingo {fresh breads by Flatland Foods, olive oil & balsamic}
  • Stuffed baby peppers {pecorino romano, pancetta, peas + basil}
  • Fonduta piemontese {Fontinue cheese fondue, toasted bread cubes}
  • Burrata {house pesto, balsamic, roasted tomatoes, olive streusel, crostini}

NEXT TIME WE’LL HAVE…: Carpaccio + crostini do fegatini

Primi:

  • Margherita
